Returns

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to lodge a return.
  • Return shipping is free when you choose store credit or exchange.
  • If you request a refund, a $10 fee will be deducted to cover return postage.
  • Your store credit or refund will be processed once your return is received by us.
  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.
  • All items must be in pristine condition and returned with all original packaging.

How it Works

Head to Returns Portal

Start by heading to our Returns Portal and login with your order number and the email you used on your order. If you are returning a gift, select 'Start here' below the start return button.

Choose the Items to Return

Select which item/s you wish to return, and follow the steps in the returns portal. If your item is faulty, please make sure to select 'Item is Faulty' as your return reason. If you need to return earrings, please select 'Earring Return' so we can review.

Choose your Return Option

Select your preferred return option: either use a prepaid return label or return using your own label. If you are returning for store credit or a size exchange, you will receive a free prepaid label. If you are returning for a refund, a $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Pack your Return

Place the item/s securely in a box or parcel with and add the return shipping label provided. Make sure the items won't be damaged in transit.

Free return shipping when you select store credit. Store credits are valid for 1 year.

Exchange

Free return shipping when you select exchange. Exchanges are available for size changes only.

What is the returns address?

Our returns address will be shown on your pre-paid returns label, but if you have chosen to use your own shipping label, please send your returns to Najo PTY LTD, PO Box 3159 Redfern, NSW 2016, Sydney Australia

What are your exclusions on returns?

We cannot accept any returns of earrings for hygienic reasons and any items which have been engraved.

Can I exchange my purchase for another size?

We are happy to exchange your item for an alternative size, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must be returned in new, unused condition.

You will receive a pre-paid returns label at no cost, and your replacement item will be dispatched free of charge. Exchanges are processed once we receive your return, with new items dispatched within 1–2 business days.

If your requested size is unavailable, your original purchase will be refunded.

I have lost my jewellery. Are you able to replace it for me?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost items and cannot replace them free of charge. If you believe your jewellery is faulty, please let us know once received, through our Contact Us form.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day refund from the time you receive the goods. This excludes any earrings for hygienic reasons and any item which has been engraved. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for further information.

I have purchased a Najo piece in-store but I would like to return it. Can I send it back to you?

For purchases made at one of our many stockists you will need to take the item back to the store where you bought it from with proof of purchase. At Najo we stand by the quality of our jewellery, however, each individual retailer has their own returns policy.

I received points for my purchase. What happens if I return my order?

You won’t receive points if you return your purchase or if your order is canceled for any reason. Any points earned from a purchase that is later returned will be deducted from your point balance.

Gift with Purchase Return

If returning item(s) from an order that included a Gift with Purchase and the remaining order value falls below the minimum spend required for the free gift, the free gift must also be returned with a copy of the invoice or receipt to receive a full refund.

If the free gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Free gifts cannot be exchanged for other products.

Can I return my earrings?

We cannot accept returns of earrings for hygienic reasons.

If you believe your earrings are faulty, please select “Earring Return” as your return reason in the returns portal.
