As an Australian company, we’re proud to maintain our design hub in Sydney, where every NAJO piece begins. Surrounded by the natural rhythms of our environment, Jo Tory’s sketches are developed by our design team into considered 925 sterling silver designs.
Each piece is shaped with nature in mind - organic forms, fluid lines and textured surfaces. When designs are ready, they’re taken to our master silversmiths, stonecutters and skilled artisans.
From first sketch to final form, nature guides the process - resulting in sterling silver jewellery that feels sculptural, timeless and meant to be lived in.

Jewellery with beauty and soul is only possible thanks to the remarkable talent of some of the world’s best silversmiths, jewellers, and stone cutters. Over the years, we’ve built enduring relationships with these artisans who are as passionate as we are about slow jewellery and consistently upholding NAJO’s unique aesthetic.
MADE IN MEXICO
NAJO still uses the same small workshops where the brand began in 1986. It’s wonderful to see these artisans and their families and communities flourish. The children who played with NAJO’s first jewellery pieces in those days are now master silversmiths and proudly continue the tradition using the same time-honoured techniques.
MADE IN ITALY
Italian jewellery artisans are globally renowned for their expertise in chain making. So when we first visited our master chainsmith 30 years ago, we knew we’d found someone special. Our Italian workshop’s attention to detail and quality is second to none, and we’re proud of our 30-year relationship. All our chains are made using high-quality recycled sterling silver, which we’re sure you’ll love as much as we do.
